I think what you are asking is how a Unity subscriber can change their Voice Domain password that is not their regular login domain i.e. that is separate from the domain that they login to for all other purposes.
If the above is what you are trying to accomplish, I think this may help:
- From your corporate workstation, press Clt+Alt+Delete
- Select the Change Password... button.
- In the Change Password window, enter the following information:
User Name: "enter your user name,"
Log on to: (you must type this in the field, it will not be listed in the drop down box)
Old password: "enter your current password"
New password: "enter your new password"
Confirm new password "enter your new password again"
- Click Ok at the password changed confirmation dialog.
- Select the Cancel button.
If the user doesn't know their voice domain password, the voice domain administrator will need to reset the password via Active Directory Users and Computers (just like you would reset any Active Directory password).
