How can I convert my DX80 to a simple android

I would like to know if it's possible to use the DX80 as a simple android device?

Could someone support me on this? is there any documentation on this?

If im not wrong the android version ruining on dx series is 4.X. which is an outdated versions of android. Not sure if new apps support this versions or not.
