Hi guys,
in CUCM 9.1 environment how can I disconnect an active call remotely? The active call can be either between 2 internal phone sets or one internal phone set and PSTN network.

Hi - There is no such inbuilt capability to kill calls natively inside CUCM.
However, as an admin if you need to (remember had to do that due to incorrectly configured call preserve, holding onto some calls) you can do that at network level. Either at switch level or gateway level.

Hi,
I don't know the details about the requirements and specifics of the scenarios in which you would want to do this, but basically the most common feature to use would be hang up on the phone remotely using CTI Control.
There is plenty of 3rd Party CTI applications like PhoneView and much more..
One is free from Cisco:
