How can i increased maximium number of files of sdl trace files saved in CUCM

Dear sir/Madam,

    how can i increased maximum number of trace files of SDL  storaged in CUCM, I found at default only can storage 250 files , please see the photo i shoot.

   I want to record 10 days sdi trace files in cucm , but because cucm only storage 250 sdl trace files, and just save serval hours of sdl trace.

There's a fixed limit for the number of files you can get, just as there is a fixed amount of HDD for those to be stored, along with any other traces, even if you could, The amount of HDD is limited and they would overwrite themselves.

can i send this trace file to outside syslog server, because we don't know when the things happen , so we want to monitor 10 days trace data thank you

You can increase the number of files from the serviceability window:

Cisco Unified Serviceability >>>> Trace >>> Configuration >>>> CM services >>>> Cisco Call manager >>>> Related Links >>>> SDL configuration
