Some users wish to setup their voicemail to refuse voicemail at different times of the year such as vacation. Is there a way for the user to change a setting after loggin into their voicemail (Unity connection1.2) so that voicemail cannot be left in their mailbox?
Thanks.

Hi John,
Hope all is well buddy!
I'm not sure about CUC 1.2 but in later versions this configuration is
done via the Admin under the Users Alternate Greeting. When you go into the
Edit>Greetings>Alternate Greeting
these options are presented;
So once a user sets their Alternate Greeting for vacation or other absence
no messages can be left.
This can also be set on the User Template page but will only be invoked for users
created after the Template changes have been done
Cheers!
