When setting up Redsky as the Intrado VUI connection, you upload the certificate they send you & validate it with the password they send you as part of setting up the connection. All good there, everything worked -- and has worked for one year. Now it's not working, because the certificate has expired. If Redsky sends another certificate with a password, where/how do you update that? The upload certificate part of the Intrado VUI setup is now greyed out. Are those certificates just part of the OS Administration certificates -- or is this something that has to be done through the admin interface because of the password on the cert.
