Now,I want to backup Unity Server data.I konw DiRT is the Unity backup tools. Can the Exchange and SQL data be restored via DiRT tools? I need backup Exchange and SQL data separated ?

Yes, you can back up subscribers messages and SQL database using DiRT. Just check the options for User Message and SQL database.
