Hi,

Please provide some more details. What is the exact number you are trying to change, remote destination? What are the old and new numbers? Does the call go to the same old number after changes or something else?

Hi Manish.

Is correct I'm trying to change remote destination. In fact when I apply the changes doesn't make any forwarding

The first example work well, but in the second there is a problem but I dont know what is?

Luis,

You might want to delete the remote destination and create a new one for the new SNR. Seems pretty simple, but you have reset the IP phone ? Correct.

best of luck !

From the GUI, delete an create a new SNR but haven't restarted the IP phone after this action.

I'll apply a reset after having created the new SNR, to check whter thsway the forwarding are recorded on the IP phone.

Thanks
