How to change the Text to speech in Unity conneciton 7?

Dear Sir,

Default of UC7 will be speech "Peter is not available, please leave...", I would like to change to "Extension XXX is not available", Any people try on it ??

Connection is hard coded to play the greeting in this order:

1. custom greeting if recorded.

2. System greeing using recorded voice name if no recorded greeting.

3. System greeting using TTS of display name if no recorded name.

4. System greeting using extension number if no display name exists.

There's no way to configure it to skip #3 in this case. In Connection 8 it may be possible to add an advanced setting to have it skip TTSing the display name - but for 7.x it's not possible at this point.
