How to configure TAPI for 3rd Party Application

Hi

does anybody know how to configure TAPI for use with a 3rd party application like a CRM software running on Windows 10? This software I have needs a TAPI line to make a call or to identify the caller by number.

Is there any documentation on that topic but the developer docs?

Besides what is in the link a cti port + line should be created on the CUCM (this is the line the 3rd party software controlls and an cucm application user with cti permissions should be allso created with control over the cti port
