How to correct error when running DAD tool ?

When I run the DAD tool on a Unity 3.1.3 box

it gives me an error that I should log in as the Directory Service account although I already did.

( accounts AvDSAD and AvDSGlobalCatalog services are running as)

This is really puzzling. Has anyone experienced this problem? Hod do you fix this? Please advise

I installed and used the DAD for 3.x Unity servers from the ciscounitytools.com ( Answer Monkey ) .

Really looking for the version number here... please look in the About box and get me the full version number string. I've released probably 20 versions of that on CiscoUnityTools.com (AnserMonkey.net).

The version of DAD we used is 1.2.0.9 . Hope this helps .

I am running DAD 1.2.0.9 on UNity 4.0.4SR1 with the same problem.

Jeff,

I am having a similar issue with DAD version 1.2.0.11 on Unity 4.2. Any time I try and run the Mailstore Access Tests it asks for the password for the Mailstore service account and then promptly rejects the password. I've even reset the password for the account in the AD, and in the services to ensure they match. Yet DAD tells me the password does not appear to be correct. Thoughts?
