For 4.1(3), you are pretty much dependant on using a 3rd party recording vendor and doing port spanning.

CUCM has made significat impovement with media forking from the phone to enable recording over CUCM Versions 6.x and 7.x.

I can not at this time migrate, there are any 3rd party recording vendor who has been tested for this version?

By the way, it is time to start planning your release.  You realize you are on a release that is past end of support.  You have left yourself in a vunerable position.
