How to enable voice recording for a CUCM ver 4.1(3)

For 4.1(3), you are pretty much dependant on using a 3rd party recording vendor and doing port spanning.
CUCM has made significat impovement with media forking from the phone to enable recording over CUCM Versions 6.x and 7.x.

I can not at this time migrate, there are any 3rd party recording vendor who has been tested for this version?
