How to restore unity connection publisher with a different IP Address

I am  running Unity Connection 11.5 and had a problem with my Publisher which I deactivated whilst I had the time to resolve the issue.  It's IP 10.211.57.132 and the Subscriber 10.211.7.132.  Events have lead to a move on my UCS servers to new dat cantres and the 10.211.57.0/24 network is now no longer available.

Is it possible to build the Publisher with a new IP, let's say 10.211.7.131, and add it into a cluster then replicate the same data back from the subsriber?

Negative. DRS mandates that the platform-level configuration (eg hostname and IPv4 details) are identical from the platformConfig.xml embedded in the backup.
