You may also try FAC, depending on which CME version you have, all the info is in the CME admin guide.

We can apply restrictions in CME using COR lists. Below link has the details.

Can i use something without iplementing COR as this is for specific generic users with specific called numbers? Is there any way to assign a translation pattern for called number?
