Any pointers towards resolving this issue will be very much appreciated. Many thanks in advance
CUCM version: 9.1.2.12901-3.
Scenario
Calls route to 2111 which is === translated to Hunt Pilot 8555==== 8555 has Forward Hunt No Answer option set on (Forward Unanswered Calls )to 7164.
7164 is set to forward directly to an exchange voicemail (not CUC)
Problem however is that the call forwarding from Hunt Pilot to 7164 or any other number, doesn't seem to work (instead you get a busy tone when LG extensions are logged out).
- I Removed the divert to voicemail on 7164 but didn't make any difference.
- I've tried to forward to other numbers that are not diverted to voicemail but failed to forward.
- Calls directly to 7164 route to voicemail as expected

Hi Azeez,
Have you checked the FNA - CSS (forward no answer calling search space) under the 8555 Hunt Pilot?
Also, if 8555 is setup for native call queuing you'll need to set the forward under “When no hunt members are logged in or registered” - alternate number.
