Hybrid Expressway - Implementation question

Hi,

Im strougleing with the implementation.

If I try to implement the hybrid connector, do I still need to implement zones and dial rules for local calling on both expressway`s or I dont have to do this and the call will be routed from Spark Remote device via hybrid connector to webex cloud?

I have sucessfully registered the Spark RD in CUCM, Call Connector is up and running and certificates are changed. TLS Connection was successfully tested. 
I dont understand if the hybrid call connector is just for configuring the Spark RD or if it will care about the whole routing to webex cloud.

You have to installed seperate expressway with no license required to convert to into hybrid connector.

Please dont enable hybrid services on existing expressway c or e setup.
