Greetings,
I have a Call manager CUCM installed with version 11.5
But in my smart account I have 12.X version licenses.
Is there any way we can install this licenses on 11.5 Call Manager without upgrading it.

You can ask GLO (choose licensing when opening a support case) for a temporary licensing file but they’re going to push back since it’s in the end of life process. They should be able to issue a license valid until the May 31st, 2024 or renewal date of your annuity subscription, whichever is sooner. Pull your Cisco account team in for backup if needed.
