Has anyone integrated Unity as the i3 voice mail? I have seen some messages on this board but none seem to indicate it has been done. I would like to do something like a standard SMDI or DTMF integratio. I do see some ideas to try SIP which would be slick but I would like something proven. Also, if we were to succeed does anyone know if i3 call center agents would lose any features by have Unity as their voice mail versus the integrated messaging with i3?
