Hi all,
we configured integration between Cisco CallManager/Presence (7.x) and IBM Sametime using Cisco Plugin 7.1.1.
Presence status and desk phone controll are working fine but sometimes the sametime client can't find the phone controlled by the user.
Any ideas about the reason of this issue?

Could you give more details on "sametime client can't find the phone controlled by the user"? What exactly is the symptom?
Generally speaking, to troubleshoot phone control problem, we need:
1) CTI client logs (generate problem report from ST plugin)
2) CTI Manager logs (use RTMT to get it from CallManager).

Hi Michael,
thanks for your answer.
Sametime plugin is working but few times a day the plugin can't find the IP Phone controlled by the user so the desk phone controll feature doesn't work.
We must logoff and logon the user from Sametime client to restore the working environment.
In attach you can find the Sametime plugin Problem Report and client snapshot.
Could you help me?
