ICD server workgroup change

Hi,

we have a machine running Windows 2000 server and functioning as our ICD server (ICD version 2.2(4)).

This machine is in a standalone workgroup, but we would like to change the workgroup to a different name to match it to the Cisco Call Manager workgroup.

(In either case, its only changing the workgroup name, not adding/removing from domain)

Is there any difficulty in doing this or any items that we should be aware of (eg. massive system failure, non recoverable software problems, loss of employment due to phone system destruction).

For this question, changing the workgroup will require you to reboot.

To address your concerns, always do backups and know how to recover.
