I have an IM & P cluster, when starting to advertise I have this message:: A Cisco DB may have encountered a known issue - Service service restart service manager.
I restarted the sub and several services that remains in the starting. can help me please

If there was an improper shutdown or issues with the datastore that might be the cause, you can try the recovery disk and see if it fixes the issue.

Hopefully you have up to date backups for worst case scenario.
