IM& Presence Node 2 - Unable to contact server. Master or Local Agent could be down, Backup Completed

Hi,

I have the two IM& Presence servers. The Presence 1 can backup is success and the backup of Presence 2 is fail.

Actually, I downloaded the ip-sec cert. from Presence 1, which upload to the Presence 2 as the ip-sec trust.

After that, I click the backup manually, but still fail and showed the below error.

Hi - The error is suggesting issue with the DRS services. Logon to the serviceability page of the server for which the backups are failing and confirm both the Cisco DRF master and local  services are running. if they are not start the services.

I confirmed the DRF master and local services are running on all Presence nodes servers and I tried the restart the services and take the backup again ... still showed this error.

ok - next step is to go to both Pub and Sub and re-generate IPsec certificate and restart the master and local DRS services on both the servers.

Were the backups working before? When you uploaded the cert to sub did you restart the services on both servers? Also did you remove the old certificate?
