Implementing Unity in multiple mail environments

Looking for possible solutions:

I have 2 client organizations (lets say 1000 people each) on the same premise. They use different mail systems. One client uses Exchange 2k and the other Groupwise (realizing limited unity integration with groupwise vm only).

Can both client organizations use a common Call Manager in a voice mail only solution?

Could they use multiple call managers networked to a common Unity box in a vm only scenerio?

Any related info would be appreciated. Thanks.

As long the there are no overlapping extensions Unity can integrate with one or more CallManager clusters.

Unity doesn't really support multi-tenant however so there isn't a way to prevent Unity subscriber one the different organizations from seeing each other in the directory...
