incorrect credentials and unable to access CUC GUI,

Hello sir/ma'am,
Good Day,

I am having trouble on accessing my CUC GUI because I forgot my credentials (application user).
I tried to change my application password but always unsuccessful. I keep on encountering these error prompt when I'm trying to change/set my password (Trivial and Duplicate error). I tried to narrow down the complexity setting, narrow down the password history as well but the issue still persists.

Please be informed that my CUC was version 12.5.

I hope you can help me to access again my CUC GUI.

I would suggest resetting the password with a non-trivial and non-repetitive password on the CLI, and then changing the parameters and the password after you are able to access the GUI.
