Some users are complaining that Unity is not giving them enough time to decide what to do with a message or when forwarding a message, etc. Is there a way to increase the time a user can take to enter DTMF?
It reprompts with the menu at every spot in the subscriber conversation (including when forwarding a message and the like) twice... are you saying they want to hear the menu a 3rd (or 4th...) time?
