Using InformaCast to send a page to 79XX phones, The volume the page plays seems to be dependant on what speaker level the user has set the phone.
Anyone know if there is a way to override the volume settings on the end device?

As per the informacast paging guide it is working as designed and unfortunately there is no setting available to override the same ( page 18 )

You may want to check with TAC though to see if there is any enhancement open for the same request.

I ended up changing the Settings Access to disabled on Product Specific Configuration area of phone device. This prevents the audio level changes from being saved.

Hi,
I have having the same issue. In the basic paging mode there isn't a way to adjust the paging volume. If a user has his phone volume turned down they may not hear the page. It would be nice if there was an adjustment for this. Disabling the settings access isn't an option for us.
