Hey guys, got a question that has been irritating me to no end for the last couple of days. I am setting up a 2921 and have an SRE module that I want to install CUE on but I can't seem to get the FTP to work correctly. I load the package, get the language selection and wait for the module to reset and then I get the error that has been my bain for a couple of days now. Any insight on what I am doing wrong would be greatly appreciated. Below is the error as well as my configuration.

Any insight on what I have messed up? This is the first time I have had to set up a CUE and used Cisco's document for help here: http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/routers/access/interfaces/software/feature/guide/ism-sm-sre.html#wp1140891
This was helpful but doesn't correct my problem and need some additional assistance as you can see. Thanks for everything!

I was having the same issues. Connectivity was OK, configs were OK. After many attempts, I decided to remove the module's hard disks and format them with Rufus. I got my module on ebay for studying, but we never know what is inside the hard drive. After formatting both drives and using the commands to reinstall CUE in the module, I was successful.
If you format the disk, when you put it back in the module, the installation program will reformat in the correct file format for the system. We never run into this issue when we go to customers because we either get the module with no data in the disks or pre-installed with the software we're going to install for our customers. But creating your own lab at home always gives you unexpected challenges...
I hope this reply helps somebody else in need.
Cheers!
