Integrate a UCCX 11 with CUCM 9.1.2

I have a problem to integrate a UCCX 11 with CUCM 9.1.2, after installing the VM synchronization is required in the "AXL Admin User Name", but to perform the procedure shows me the following error:

"Cisco Unified CM Authentication Failed because of CCMAXL Exception. Please check the logs for details."

I have created the user in CUCM in various ways (Application User and End User), but it did not work.

Has anyone had this problem or something and could support me in this?

CUCM 9.1.2 is not supported with UCCX 11 and therefore you are getting the error message. Upgrade your CM to one of the supported versions from below link and it will work then only:
