Dear NetPro gurus,
I have been trying to get this to work for days but I'm getting nowhere The ARC Connect simply can't connect with CUCM for some reasons and no CTI Route Points nor CTI Ports has been created.
Does anyone has any 'personal notes / guides' which they could share on how this is done??
Would be greatly appreciated if someone can shed some light on this.
