Integrating cucm with 3rd party using API

hope all is well!
Please i want support in integrating a third party platform with CUCM version 12, where i retrieve all info regarding users and their extensions to it so i can search for anyone easily. 

I am currently exporting phones from bulk administration and then import them to the 3rd party platform every time we modify, delete or add a user.
I couldn't link this platform to my Active directory since i have more than 1000 users without their directory numbers added on the server , so i want to link the CUCM with my 3rd party platform directly using API

The available way to interact with CUCM is using the AXL API if your third-party system supports it. I would recommend using provisioning tools like Kurmi, which can communicate with CUCM and be used for adding and deleting phones, as well as handling all provisioning tasks. There are other tools available as well, which you can search for or someone from this community might recommend.
