Dears,
We have an application that we want to integrate it with our 8.6 CUCM. The point of this integration is to make calls thru CM by a tool in the app. The call should be initiated by the app itself as a soft-phone.
We need to know what is the best practice for this project from cisco view, and what should the developers take care of?.
