Integrating Multiple Directory Handlers from Multiple Unity Connections..

I'm pretty sure this is not possible, but I thought I'd ask.  Is there anyway to integrate multiple Directory Handlers from different Unity Connection boxes?  I have a customer who'd like to do this.

The question is not exactly clear so could you give me an example of what you're looking for? What is the call flow?
