Hi. I cannot open your attachment, but I have had some trouble with this in the past. Our trouble had to do with ensuring that Calling Search Spaces applied to the PA translation patterns were correct. You may want to review that PA CSS have all of the necessary rights to place calls to Unity and vice versa. I hope this helps a little.
