Listening to recorded names and greetings through web admin

I have an issue with Unity 3.1(5) that I need some help with. One of our Unity admins cannot listen to greetings or recorded names through the web admin pages. Unity calls the phone correctly but then just hangs and doesn't play the recording. For other admins, this works fine. We are all runnig XP and the same IE browser version. Is there some setting we are missing? Anyone seen this before and know of a fix?

Although this is from a later version, I believe this will help you. This text does not seem to appear in the 3.1 guides.
