Hello,
Teltronics 20-20 is originally Harris PBX.
My client wants to know if we 've tested interoperability between our CUCM and this PBX? Through QSIG, SIP or H323?
Any info would help.
Thanks,
Soha Rizk

Hi Soha,
I saw a case on the same PBX about a year or so ago, and the indication was that there had never been any formal testing.
Sorry to be the bearer of bad news

Soha - Please refer to Cisco’s inter-op portal enlisting inter-op tested vendors and respective PBX models http://www.cisco.com/en/US/solutions/ns340/ns414/ns728/networking_solutions_products_genericcontent0900aecd805b561d.html
Teltronics PBX is not listed there.

Hello Saeed,
Pls note inside the “Communications Strategy” presentation at http://connections.cisco.com/clearspace_community/docs/DOC-6831
slide 40, you’ll find that from Cisco side the Teltronics 20-20 LX can be integrated via analog connection. This is all I could find.
Issue is customer may have newer version of 20-20 such as ME/ LE, we're still investigating.
ME/ LE support SIP and H323 and hence I was hoping to find info on integration with these.
Rgds,
Soha

Soha - I think slide 40 is talking about Unity voicemail integration and not CUCM and the original question was Inter-op between CUCM and Teltronics PBX.
Cisco's interop team can not confirm any testing of Teltronics 20-20 LX PBX with CUCM.
