I am looking at devices that will stay awake when my PC goes to sleep (per security requirements at my job) I see new devices coming on the market with features I would like to have that could only compliment my IP Communicator but also serve as a model for other users of the IP Communicator as their primary source of office communications. The Polycom CX300 is designed for Lync which my company uses as well but I would like to link it to my IP Communicator and cut down on all the peripheral stuff connected to my latop at home. If not the Polycom CX 300 then what other device do you recommend?
