Is it possible to make external calls from Cisco UCM Sandbox?

I would like to make external calls from my Cisco Collaboration Sandbox. Is it possible? I would like to be able to receive and make calls from external phone numbers, for example my mobile phone number.

I see that on Collaboration Sandbox there exists SIPTrunktoCUP SIP trunk, so maybe it is currently possible?

AFAIK there are no option in sandbox environment to make or receive external calls. The SIP trunk that you reference is for the integration with CUPS for IM&P services.
