Issue dial-peer voip with router isr 4331

Please your support i have 2 router isr 4331 and we have 2 phone 7811 connected on.router A and sccp phone 6921 connect on.router B. The destination-patern on router B is 5130.   When 7811 try to call 6921 we hav not a problem. So when 6921 try to call only 4 digit was  forwad  and the router cannot now (.) Or other symbol. We observed this problem only on router isr. Can you help please

Please upload configuration on both router A & B here. also try to draw something on how the three routers are connected to each other isr4331 and router A and router B. upload the drawing here also. you have poor English language so this will help.
