one of the user has to dial very fast on Cisco 6941 , is it possible to increase the time duration between pressing one digit and the next digit ? so that it doesn't disconnect and advise to try again ...

The interdigit timeout is the T302 timer in service parameters, make sure the value is what you require, the default is 15 seconds.
