Hi There,
I'm interested to know if there is a feature in CUCM 6.X (may be an IVR application) it can be used to collect digits, entered by a caller via the phohe keypad, the passsing this to a different system in a text file for instance?
Any help is appreciated.
Regards,
Esteban

no, CUCM is a call agent, not an IVR. you need extra SW to perform that (UCCX, UCCE, CVP)
HTH
java

You can use TCL scripts on the Voice Gateway for basic IVR Functionality with CUCM
