Hi
Wonder if this is possible?
While we press Hold button, the caller should hear IVR options to select from.
Have CUCM 8.6 and CUE 8.6.
Many thanks for any suggestion or help there.

I don't know of any 3rd party app to do that, the problem I see here and which I've already explained is that when you press the hold button you cannot modify what happens.
You're going to tear down one call leg, the other one is going to be directed to the MOH stream and it's going to be a one way audio stream so that you only listen to the MOH.

If you're on a call and you press hold all CUCM will do is to break the media stream and create a one way stream to the MOH, it doesn't have any option to send you anywhere else.
You would need to transfer them to a script/IVR so they can get options.

I guess the same, but in this case (transfer to IVR) the User who have put the call on hold will get it back (as we get usual call back from hold)?
Many thanks for your response.

No, once it's on the IVR it's up to the users and your script config what happens with the call.

So, does it mean its not at all possible, even by some Third party solution?
