jabber call forwarding issue on iphone

We are using Cisco Jabber on some mobile devices in our office, and it is not allowing us to transfer incoming calls to other people. So our receptionist has an Apple iPhone with Jabber app and she is able to receive calls on the iPhone when she is away from her desk, but she is not able to transfer the calls to the appropriate people.

We have done some testing with an Apple iPod and an Android tablet with the Cisco Jabber app and we are unable to transfer calls. Please can you please help us resolving that issue. We are using cucm 10.5.2 for imp and cucm! any comments would be really appreciated! thanks in advance

 Thanks for your email, Well if someone calls on jabber pc then we can transfer the incoming calls on jabber pc but when we have to do it on iphone it doesnt help. we are using the 10.5.2 version on all of our servers. We have tried it on tablets and android and ios but it is not working. Hope this is the information you are looking for. or is there any thing else i could provide you with please let me know

No, what we need are the exact steps taken for the transfer and what she's seeing when doing this

ok when she gets call on iphone she needs to park the call first and then dial the new number and then merge the calls, she can not do it simply using the call forward or call transfer option on her iphone

OK, is there no option to transfer? or what happens when she tries to transfer the call?
