Hello,
I have a newly created jabber user, could not connect from his machine, he tried to connect from another machine and it works.
Error: Can not communicate with the server
I check the configuration CSF, UC service, user assigned
the DNS configuration, it did the test "_cisco-uds._tcp ... and _cuplogin._tcp ... it gives the address of cucm and IM & P

you have posted two thread for the same issue;
I just responded to your another question and probably you can try the same over this issue also
https://community.cisco.com/t5/unified-communications/jabber-loggin-faild/td-p/3774816
Try below;
delete the Jabber folder under below location;
C:\Users\<windowslogonname>\AppData\Roaming\Cisco\Unified Communications
C:\Users\<windowslogonname>\AppData\Local\Cisco\Unified Communications
try the jabber log in again.
if you still see the problem, then check the connectivity with the CUCM and IM&P and also try turning off your windows firewall.

Shalid
