I'm not sure how to approach this one so any input is appreciated!
User A is logged in to Jabber at a different workstation and is not using a phone there. User B is at User A's original workstation and is logged into User A's phone with Extension Mobility. User A is getting call pop-ups in Jabber on her workstation whenever User B gets calls.
User B has the original phone assigned in 'Controlled Devices'. Should she get call pop-ups in Jabber if User A is logged into that phone? Should I unassign that phone? What about phone control when she gets back to her desk?
