Jabber user cannot login via MRA if its on subscriber node.

Has any one faced this issue whereany user on subscriber IM&P node cannot login using MRA but users on publisher IM&P node can login using MRA. Error for user on IM&P subs is "cannot communicate with the server" but for user on IM&P pub works great. internal testing works for both but external only works for pub users. I have HA enabled for CUPS.

IM&P is on version 11

VCS is on X8.6

Do you see the servers in the EXP-C IM&P config??

It was already added there. But your comment made me realize the password was updated. But still dont know how pub users was able to login with wrong cred of IM&P on exp-c.

Hi Vijutkumawat,

I've  the same problem,  when I;m trying to login   Jabber from mobile device  always  get the sign in  error  and  in  log file  i receive the same  above mentioned error,

I've deleted from  Configuration --> Unified CM Servers on Expressway C  and added again,

But still the same problem,

What  should I do else to fix it ?

Do you see both the IM&P nodes on exp-c ?

Are you able to login a user on pub node ?

The problem is resolved,

When I'm  adding the  device to  Device Association at the END User  Section ,  the  selected Service Settings  for Home Cluster  is missing.

I had to select them again after  the device association , 

At the moment everything is OK.

I had the issued before.

To fix the issue, try to reset the client login database service on sub node
