Hi
I have a location that has users who can't make a local or long distance call unless I disable the video capabilities feature on the CSF profile for Jabber. Has anyone seen this behavior before and if so what is the fix for it.

If you use a PRI and H.323, you need to set the bearer capabilities to voice only, set
bearer-cap speech
under the port, this has been discussed many times before, if you need further information, simply search CSC.
