KDC error

Dear all,

After upgrading the Unity from 3.1 to 4.0(5). I've got many error about KDC which is as follows. I can't find where the account is. Could anyone give me some hints? Thanks a lot

I've already tried to search the duplicated name but I don't know how to verify. Could you please help give some advice?
