LDAP synch is not performing

Hi there,

I get this error message (logrotate ALERT exited abnormally)when perform LDAP in CCM5 environment.When I configured 1st time it synchronised but subsequently never did. I didn't realise untill I had to deal with new users. Can any one help please, many thanks.

Try the Bug - CSCse72363, look at /etc/logrotate.d/fiostat file, it will give you the path.

via root access run, touch /var/log/active/platform/io-stats issue will resolved.
