LIC-TP-10X-Room

Buenas Tardes a todos, tengo dudas de como solicitar la licencia LIC-TP-10X-ROOM, aparentemente el TOP Level SKU es el R-UCL-UCM-LIC-K9. De hecho puedo ubicar la licencia dentro de la opción "CUCM Video and Telepresence User Licencing"e inclusive puedo agregar las cantidaddes, pero cuando intento salvar la configuración me parece el siguinete error:

• The selected Version 10 User License Option can only be selected with CUCM-VERS-10.X and CUCM-VERS-10.X-XU. Please adjust the selections. (CE200267).

Hello audvintech, you possibly don't need this help now but when selecting the LIC-TP-10X-ROOM you must specify the Software Version. Hope that helps.
