Login error in CUCMBE 5000

Hi

I finished the software installation of CUCMBE V8.6, and I can't login with the account of Application, the system shows me "Log on failed, invalid user ID or password".

I've already changed the account two times in CLI mode, but still not working.

The account of Administration works fine. what can I do?

If the user name on both OS and Application matches, that is your problem.  They have to be unique.  The passwords can be the same if you like, but the IDs must be different
